By accessing or using the Website, including any communication with ACP resulting from the use of the Website, you accept the following terms and conditions (“Terms”) as detailed here-in. The Terms here-in constitute an agreement between ACP and you regardless of how you access or use the Website, whether via computer, mobile device or otherwise.
